Ableworld hosts another successful Conference...
Recently, Ableworld hosted its Annual Managers Conference on Wednesday 12th June. This year’s conference was held at Wychwood Park Hotel in Weston, Crewe, and brought together store managers from across the entire company.
Ableworld’s Managers Conference provides an opportunity for different ideas, experiences, and stories to be shared while creating a clear path forward for the company as a whole. The main theme of this year’s conference was the Power of Positivity, focusing on a positive mindset to help achieve our goals.
Ableworld is the largest mobility retailer in the UK with even more plans for growth in the coming years. Our employees at Head Office and in our stores must keep a positive mindset, especially when faced with adversity.
The conference featured incredible guest speakers, including Ian Kelsall, who spoke about inspiring great performance. We also had industry experts from renowned companies like Drive DeVilbiss Medical, who discussed their goals for the year and how our companies could collaborate to provide the best possible service.
In addition, we heard from several Senior Managers from Head Office, who shared the ways they can support our stores in achieving their targets. Managing Director Mike Williams also had an informal and insightful fireside chat, where he discussed how he started the company and his vision for the future of Ableworld.
This year’s atmosphere was incredible, we want to say a big thank you to everyone for participating and engaging with the presentations, games, and awards ceremony. That’s right, Ableworld hosted their prestigious awards ceremony, recognizing exceptional performance and achievement. The awards are a great way to instill a sense of accomplishment, that the hard work and commitment exhibited by our store managers across the country, doesn’t go unnoticed. All the while bolstering their hunger and desire for both competition and results! We want to congratulate the recipients on their well-deserved awards and look forward to seeing who will be stepping up to the podium next year.
After another successful Conference, Ableworld looks ahead to a clear path set by the organization for the next year. Opportunities to grow and improve as one of the largest mobility retailers in the UK, keep an eye out for some exciting news coming soon.
